Fredericks Hearl & Gray provide Help to Buy Valuations and we aim to have reports emailed within 3 days of the inspection.

The Help to Buy Valuation will establishthe amount you will repay in proportion to the current market value of your property and must be undertaken by a Chartered Surveyor regulated by the RICS.

WHY DO YOU NEED A VALUATION?
  • – A Valuation is needed if you are repaying, re-mortgaging or selling your home.
  • – If your 5-year interest free period is expiring, you will start being charged interest.
  • – You do not need a Help to Buy Valuation when you are purchasing the property.
