We are proud of the development at Hooley Lane, creating 11 residential flats that worked well with the surrounding properties. Using traditional cavity-built construction – with a mix of facing bricks and render – we delivered 4 two-bedroom flats and 7 one-bedroom flats. Ensuring that our new residents would always be able to park close to their property was a priority and so an undercroft car park added the finishing touch.
